At Wrocław University of Technology we provide high quality accommodation for international students. Our staff will do their best to make you feel at home. Our dormitories are situated within easy travelling distance of the university buildings. The range of facilities offered varies but most dormitories have areas for study and recreation, cafes, laundry facilities and car parks and are a safe and friendly environment for you to study in. The cost of a room in a dormitory ranges from 235-550 PLN/60-135 € per month. All rooms have access to a broadband internet connection. The rent should be paid by the 20th of each month. The university does not guarantee accommodation in a dormitory for a foreign student's family. There are double- or triple room suites with a common kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Each student receives bedding so you do not need to pack that much. Each room is equipped with night lamps, desks, beds, a table, shelves, and a wardrobe. There is a gas cooker and a refrigerator in every kitchen but you will need to bring your own kitchenware.
University accommodation is very popular but there are also other options available to you. A large number of students choose housing in the private sector. The cost of renting a room or apartment in Wrocław is 70-220 EUR per month. If you wish to rent a room from a private landlord, search for adverts in the local newspapers, the Internet or the Manus Foundation at Wrocław University of Technology.
